- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard delivery policy.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
Adhithi Jewels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Damaged Package
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

Record a complete 360° unboxing video before opening the package.

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order Number, clear photos of the damaged product, and the mandatory unedited unboxing video.
