Return & Exchange Policy

At Adhithi Jewels, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Dislike of the design or style
• Colour variations due to screen settings
• Size-related issues
• Ordering the wrong product by mistake

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, you must provide a complete 360° unboxing video.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package.
• Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
• Capture the entire unboxing process.
• Be continuous, unedited, and without cuts or pauses.

Claims submitted without the required unedited 360° unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Damage Claim Timeline

If your product arrives damaged:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share your:
  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Complete 360° unboxing video

Claims received after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your claim has been verified:

• A replacement (exchange) will be provided if the product is available.
• If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • An alternative product of equal value, at our discretion.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Minor colour differences caused by screen settings.
• Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• Claims submitted without the mandatory unedited 360° unboxing video.
• Claims reported after the 24-hour reporting period.
